1. Once your order is received by the carrier, any damages or lost items during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. While we strive to prevent issues, we unfortunately do not assume liability at this time.

2. In the event of shipping delays, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur but you will be provided a tracking number, so you have up to date information. We do our best to make sure it is delivered in a timely fashion.

3.If your items arrive damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We're here to support you with pictures of the shipment to assist with your claim.

4. We currently ship via FedEx or USPS depending on location and size.
